Dog Jobs

I saw a show called dogs with jobs. It was Awesome! As the name states, It was about dogs with jobs. There  was a service dog, a pet detective,  a companion,a police dog , a seeing eye dog, and sheep dog. My Faves are the pet detective,  and the companion.
       The first one I am going to talk about is the Companion.
Her name is honey and she can do the conga. She was raised by a lady serving jail time. a program allowed this lady to help the world by training dogs. Another cool trick honey can do is jump rope.
    The next one is the pet detective. He's a basset hound. He helps you find your lost pet. here's how  he does it. You give him something that your pet likes,  such as a dog toy. He will find your lost pet by its
 scent.

So I am nelson The  president of south Africa. Here is my history. My real name is Rolihlalhla. I has sent to the ruler of south Africa to live.  I was born to 1918 and died in 2013.   I met a guy named Walter. We fought apartheid. We got sent to Robbin island, but we did win. So Ya, that's why I'm the leader of south Africa.

    I am going to talk about animals and their habitats.

The first thing is the coati. These weird but cool mammals live in northern Peru. The couti is oddly related to the raccoon.Couti  young have food fights when they go hunting for bugs and plants.  a cool thing is that they can zero in on food. A male couti live alone at the age of two.Look at this photo  and decide if you would like one as a pet.

      Vampire bats! Can you guess what the next animal is? yep, the vampire bat. These cute little guys are miss understood. Like, if a mother leaves it's child another bat will take care of it. For the first three months of their lives they drink their mothers milk.  They even sleep with other kinds of bats.  But, on the other hand, they are the only kind of blood drinking mammals.   A myth says that the let out a tranquilizing scent But it is most likely that they are tracking their victims breathing.  So what do You think? friend or foe?
 













                                  HEE HEE ! MY next animal is the squirrel monkey.  They are new world monkeys. That means that they have flat noses.  They seem to Pee on their hands to tell others something.  It is a primate. As young they love to  play-fight.  Here is a photo.

So Every one likes chocolate, right? well here is the history.

   The Mayans were the first cocao drinkers. So, what i am saying is that chocolate was drunk first.The later, the Aztecs traveled were  the Mayans lived, and bought some cacao beans. And the Aztecs being them, made up myths, and made temples for a god they believed made the cacao plant. later the Spanish explorer, hernan cortes attacked the Mayans and took cacao to his leader. Making chocolate was expensive and only rich people could aford it. Then later, people thought that they should make a less expensive chocolate. So they made it cheaper. Then, a chocolate maker turned the drink into a bar. So in about the next 65 years, the chocolate bar changed.

So I am going to tell you about weather.
     The first thing is a tornado. A tornado is a combination of air and water. They are formed by thunderstorms that are a combination warm and cold air. There is five types of speeds. one  is weak, a two is strong enough to take off your roof, a three would take the outer walls off, a four would take the whole house down, and a five would just annihilate the place.        The next Thing is an an  earth quakes. They happen closer then 50 miles underground.  the Richter scale is the scale they use to measure earthquakes. You can't accurately Predict an earthquake.  I would like To  show you another photo.

A long time ago, A king had two children. Their older brother was a cruel man, and killed his father. He was afraid  That his brothers would be a threat so he had the cast into the river. Their cry gets heard by a wolf and she took care of them. A few years later, a Shepherd heard the noise of babies Cooing. He saw them and took the to his wife. Because they had no kids, they loved these to boys. After a while, The boys decided to go find land to make a city. They found seven hills. Romus, one of the brothers Started to make the city. He made himself king, and  decreed that if anyone climbed the wall they would be executed. So his brother, reluos laughed and said you call this a wall? And with that he jumped over the wall. Romus was so mad he killed his brother on the spot. And he called the city Rome after himself.

Robots

So I don't Have Very much of my work set up. This is why. My great-grandma got sick, And eventually died. So I was Out and about.
 Well This blog post is about Robotics. I own an Arduino Uno. I also own the Lego Wedo software. My dad owns A whole bunch of AWESOME Erector sets, Light pegs, an arduino,and a soldering gun.  I made A ROCKING fake thunder storm.I was funny to watch his puzzled face as he heard the sound. So if you would like to make this fake thunderstorm, you need the wedo software, The lights,( optional) The a Motion sensor, (also optional) And the usb port. So Have fun tring to make a  Fake thunderstorm.
