A ballet

I am a very busy  person right now because I am in the ballet, "a midsummer nights dream.  I am a villager , and I have three parts. Nine of twelve of the villagers are girls. The story line of the ballet is that  well I don't know because so many things are going on on stage  And tonight is my second showing.  I say , " with every  dance, comes another thing you have to remember. In other words ballet puts a strain on your mind and body both.

 So I'm taking this golden gecko skin in to a trading post at Thanksgiving point's museum of natural curiosity.  And they want some facts. here they are.
The golden gecko lives in wet rain forests of  Vietnam. They have pads on their feet that allow that to walk vertical and upside down. They are between  5-6 inches  for the females, and 7-8 inches for males.  They are not a fan of being held. They are insectivore/ herbivore.

WW1

 War is a horrible thing. that is why my blog is about the horrible world war one. Blood, trenches and mud are some things that were everywhere in this horrid time. So hope you learn something bout WW1

  " the Serbians killed the heir!" called the people of the austo-Hungarian  empire. This is the story of  ww1.    This dreadful war lasted a long and horrible four years between 1914 and 1918.  The whole thing started in 1914, ( when the heir to throne of austo-hungary was killed,)  and a month later started a war.  The war IS SOOOO  bad because it killed 10 million people and destroyed many, MANY buildings. That is why world war 1 is called the great war.

 War has many different kinds of tech here is some. The German u-boat is very close to being the first war submarine. We have many air forces today, and the first ever air force was the British air force, the royal air force.  It was made in the year 1918. The most common plastic surgery techniques were used for ww1.

   There was no peace on the battle front. but, on a special Christmas, there was peace. many people went and played  soccer in  no mans land.  It only lasted  one day, but everybody loved it.  it had been a long time since they could travel with no fear.  There is a song called Christmas 1915 by Celtic thunder.

  War is  a horrable thing.  people die and  buidings are destroyed.  And the worst part is that it has no use.  So I believe that war should not happen.  But that's just me.

The great Galileo is known for his astronomy right? well he did WAY more. Like came up with the big bang theory. He also made the thermometer.  He was the maker of modern science. That's why you want to learn about him.
  He discovered that that the earth circles the sun. He also made a telescope that is 20 times stronger then the eye. Hey, do you like geometry? well he was a professor . and taught geometry. you should enter his class. He was also supposed to get his medical  degree, but didn't.  He helped his dad with his experiments because he knew the right math.

    So he did get  in alot of  trouble by the church right? well here is why. He did many experiments that prove aristotle where wrong.  Like that two objects of the same material will fall at the same rate.  And also that the earth is not the center of the universe.

 So he made slot of good inventions right?  Well good things can't live forever.  After he died many other scientists followed in his path. He helped us live our normal life. So he made everthing we heve posible.

     So ya, he made  our world. I love computers And  Phones.  Well he helped get the science to help other people make them. He could be the best. I love science!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

da vinci

 So you know Da vinci right? Well he's who I'm blogging on.  He made tons of pictures, and blazed the trale for modern medicine. The world was much different back then. The world was just starting off. That's why he's so famous.

  He was born  April 15, 1452. A date during the Renascences. He  died may 2, 1519.  that means that he died at  the age of 67. He made The Mona Lisa in the 1500,s.  So ya, there may not seem like much to someone when you don't know them much.

 da vinci was famous  for his art. And that's what I'm dong to talk about. He started in the 1470's. His most common one is the Mona Lisa. He has also made the last supper.If you look at his photos, He made alot of christian pictures.


He made his own tank. And It could work. Made a flying machine. It's the great Leonardo!  He made an awesome theory. It is that you can make one thing move if you place it and another thing By it. He also made the miter dam.By It's V shape it can keep water in better. here's why. The water pushes on the sides of the dam which makes the doors push closer together which keeps the water in.

  

So you know more on da Vinci. When he was born, what he did for art, and what he did for science. He was the coolest man alive. Well at the time, at least. My favorite thing he did not build or paint but he made as a theory. So I dare you to find your favorite thing and find out if he came up with the idea. So what’s your favorite thing he made? P.S. You know the thing were the penguins walk up the stairs and then goes down a slide right back to were they began? ya he made those too.

Bugs battle

Bugs. They are everywhere. I am going to talk about a fun battle Between the jumping spider and the masked hunter assassin bug. I will tell you their facts and who wins. Based on a chart, I think The jumping spider wins.
   
  The first competitor is the jumping spider. They are slow. Yet they can jump extremely high. It's scientific name is phidippuss audax. They make lifelines.like a bungee cord,  these lifelines help them to recover safely from missing it's target. As you can see, it lives everywhere except  Greenland and the north pole. Battle score, 42.


 The masked hunter belongs to the assian bug group. Babys are called nymghs. The bite of a masked hunter lasts a painful week. They eat bed bugs and ear wigs. They are native to Europe, but were sent to the U.S on accident. They secrete a liquid that makes dust and sand and that kind of thing stick to the . battle score, 40.

 The fight between the jumping spider and the masked hunter starts now. The jumping spider makes the first move by launching itself at the masked hunter (called the assian now). But the assian is too quick, and goes for a deadly blow. But it doesn't work. the jumping spider (called the jumper now) gets ready to jab it's HUGE fangs into the assian's underbelly. After a long time the assian wins.

  Bugs. They are everywhere. They fight for food, for Territory's, and ranks.I have told you about the jumping spider and masked Hunter. And how they fought to the death.The moral is that you don't want to get in a fight with a masked hunter. Just kidding. There is no moral. Hope you learned something. Well see ye next time, bye.

The degu

This CUTE mammal is a rodent. It lives in central Chile. Degu means mouse, rat in mapudugun. It's scientific name is octodon degus. They are the first kind of animal besides apes and birds that can think on such a high level. They are illegal to own as pets in some places because they are found an invasive species.They can't live in plastic bottomed cages.A metel cage for a rat would work. If you don't put a cloth or grass pad on the floor of their cage they can get bumblefoot. This is a photo of some one day old degus.
